Terms and Conditions

1. General

These terms apply to purchases made through our webshop. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Products & Pre-orders

Some items are sold as pre-orders. In such cases:

• Products will only be produced once a minimum number of orders is reached.
• You will receive an email once the pre-order period ends, informing you whether your item will be produced or if your payment will be refunded.
• If the product is produced, please allow approximately 2 weeks for delivery as all items are hand-printed in Gothenburg.

3. Prices & Payment

• All prices are in SEK and include VAT.
• Payment is made via direct card payment or Klarna.
• We use Stripe to securely process and store payment-related data.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship to addresses within Sweden and other EU countries.
• Delivery times vary depending on whether the item is a pre-order.
• In-stock items are normally delivered within 3–5 business days.
• Pre-ordered items are delivered approximately 2 weeks after production starts.

5. Right of Withdrawal

• According to Swedish law, private customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order.

• Returned items must be unused and in original condition.
• You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

6. Complaints & Faulty Goods

• If your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately with a description and photo of the issue.
• You are entitled to file a complaint within 3 years under Swedish consumer law.
